2. Information We Collect

• Account Information (Optional): When you sign in with Apple, we receive your unique identifier and email address (or Apple private relay alias) to sync your embroidery preferences.
• Machine Letters & Presets: Custom lettering, hoop choices, and DMC thread presets are stored locally on your device or linked securely to your account.
• In-App Purchases: Subscription and Pro Pass purchases are processed directly by Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat. We never collect or store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate digitized stitch preview metrics and export .BX, .PES, .DST, .JEF, .EXP, and .VP3 embroidery files.
• To verify subscription entitlements for Embroidery Pro Access across all your Apple devices.
• To deliver customer support and optimize machine file compatibility.

4. Third-Party Services & Tracking

We strictly do not track you across third-party websites or sell your personal data. We utilize trusted privacy-first infrastructure including Apple Authentication, RevenueCat (StoreKit receipt validation), and Supabase (secure database). Each third party operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Security & Account Deletion

All data is transmitted via end-to-end TLS encryption. In accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1, you have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app under Profile & Settings → Delete Account.
